Paulette Pryce is Managing Director of Red Roof Properties Ltd and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2009.




“I am extremely passionate about the industry in which I work so it is so natural to me to simply offer good customer service, assisting first time home-buyers by taking them through the various rules of buying in Jamaica step by step, working with the seasoned investor to maximize their returns; providing solid advice on how to dispose of property; renting or leasing options as well as preparing landlords who are based locally or overseas. As a ‘Brit’ living in Jamaica my real area of interest is working with the Diaspora as I have extensive knowledge of the transitioning process to a new country such as Jamaica."
